PCA Hires Andrew Richman as Executive Director
Party Club of America, LLC, is pleased to announce that it has hired Andrew Richman as its Executive Director.
Richman comes to PCA with over 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale environments. During his career, he has been involved in all aspects of business operations, including vendor negotiations, purchasing, importing, human resources, logistics, planning, marketing, real estate, management, and inventory control. From 2004-2016, he was President of Alin Party Supply Co., a large regional party-supply chain in California and a current PCA member. During his time at Alin, he was an active member of PCA’s Halloween buying committee, and a trusted advisor to PCA management. Richman is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics.
“Andy is one of the smartest executives in the party supply and Halloween industry,” says Walter Erwin, PCA’s President. “He has direct experience running stores, is an outstanding negotiator, knows the product, and is a strategic thinker. I have no doubt that he will both strengthen our organization, and be a superb advocate for our members.”

In his role as Executive Director, Richman will manage PCA’s daily operations, oversee vendor and member relations, be heavily involved with PCA’s growing direct-importing efforts, and develop new programs and services to help make PCA’s members even more competitive.
“We represent independent retailers, and exist to make them stronger,” adds Erwin. “With Andy’s passion and proven leadership, we know he is the perfect person to serve as the Executive Director of PCA. He knows what it takes to succeed in this industry, and has the track record to prove it.”
